WhatsAppAPI

As of my last update in January 2022, WhatsApp does not provide a public API for third-party developers to integrate directly with their platform. This policy is primarily due to privacy and security concerns.

WhatsApp does offer a business API, which allows medium and large businesses to communicate with their customers at scale. However, access to this API is restricted and subject to approval by WhatsApp.

If you're interested in integrating with WhatsApp for business purposes, you can apply for access to the WhatsApp Business API through their official website. Keep in mind that there are eligibility criteria and requirements that must be met.

Additionally, there are unofficial APIs and third-party libraries available that claim to provide access to WhatsApp's functionalities, but they are not endorsed by WhatsApp and may violate their terms of service. Using unofficial APIs can also pose security risks and may lead to your account being banned or restricted. Therefore, it's essential to use official channels and adhere to WhatsApp's policies and guidelines.
